Cancel an order: possible until the order is shipped. Email or call us with the order number.
Damaged, defective or wrong product: contact us within 3 days of delivery with the order number and photos. Full terms are in the refund policy.
Where is my order: orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive 2 to 8 days after dispatch. See the shipping policy.
