For Ashok Bhupathiraju, health is not theoretical; it is deeply personal and practised every day.

A passionate fitness enthusiast, avid runner, and cyclist, Ashok has consistently pushed the boundaries of physical endurance and personal discipline. He is a five-time Ironman finisher and has completed numerous marathons and demanding hybrid fitness competitions, including Devil’s Circuit, Yodha, and Hyrox.

Through years of training, recovery, and performance optimisation, Ashok experienced firsthand the critical role of proper nutrition, supplementation, and recovery in sustaining peak performance and long-term health.

His personal journey inspired a larger mission: to create nutritional products that are clean, effective, science-backed, and genuinely supportive of modern lifestyles.
