Shipping policy

Shipping within India

Shipping is free on every order of Rs. 200 or more within India. Orders below Rs. 200 are charged Rs. 80 for standard shipping, shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

You can pay online at checkout through Razorpay, by card, UPI, net banking or wallet, or choose cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is free and has no minimum order value.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Delivery within India usually takes 2 to 8 days after dispatch, depending on your location. We ship through courier partners, and use India Post Speed Post where a courier does not serve your pin code.

Shipping outside India

We also ship to selected countries outside India at a flat rate of Rs. 1,900, shown at checkout. International delivery usually takes 4 to 15 days after dispatch.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with when it arrives, please refuse it and hand it back to the delivery person. If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, as set out in our refund policy. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
