How is marine collagen different from bovine collagen?

Marine collagen comes from fish and is predominantly Type I, the type most associated with skin. Bovine collagen comes from cattle and contains more Type III. Marine peptides are also smaller on average, which is why they dissolve readily in hot or cold drinks.
